Too much weight on the upper floor that was never designed to be that heavy! Structural changes to barns need to be engineered. There are foundational concerns (pierings) and 1st floor structural concerns.

Great job, a few pointers, all of those visible screw heads should have been countersunk & covered with wooden plugs & sanded flush would have made the job a 10/10. Closed cell spray foam would have made the job a lot easier & faster, to insulate & as a vapor barrier. Heated flooring, along with skylights, & a sliding glass doors to a balcony would have been a nice touches. (the last three are only if you had the money & time on the job) Last Fall I had the underside of my beach house ground floor heated (hot water) & sprayed with closed cell foam insulation and a On-Demand hot water heater installed. I was able to remove ten radiators from my ground flood freeing up wall space in each room for furniture, & the spray foam added structural integrity to the flooring making a lot more solid.

Пишут много замечаний и по делу. Две вещи остааили больше всего вопросов: 1. Швелер убрали, потолок на первом этаже не провиснет? 2. Насколько безопасно испрльзоаать осб при внутренней отделки?

Unfortunately the flashing around the chimney relies on sealant which will give way fairly quickly over heat/shrinkage cycles. The flashing should be ‘tucked in’ to the gaps between the bricks then mortar added afterwards. The rain runs off without any obstructing edges. That will last for many years.

Been wanting to do that to my attic, but still trying to figure it out. Some of the supports are resting on load bearing walls. Haven't come up with a practical solution for the redistribution of weight yet.

He did an amazing job. Maybe I’m wrong but I thought a loft was a fancy apartment with a kitchen and bathroom. Sometimes they are open space studio apartments other times they have closed bedrooms.

Die Stöße der Dampfsperr-Bahn und der Anschlüsse sollte man aber mit geeignetem Klebeband dichtschließend verkleben.

In diesem Fall besser nicht, weil er inklusive der OSB Platten insgesamt 3 Lagen Dampfsperre/-bremse eingebaut hat. So besteht wenigstens noch eine kleine Chance, dass das Kondensat irgendwo entweichen kann. Das hier Gezeigte ist sowohl statisch, als auch bauphysikalisch, eine absolute Katastrophe...

Asesoramiento tuvo, nadie puede hacer ese trabajo solo. No es solo la estrucucta, la electricidad, la estufa y el cerramiento. Lo hizo para que jueguen niños, tuvo que hacer planos de memoria es imposible. Lo hizo para que jueguen sus hijos, no solo un Ingeniero, electricista y como hizo la estufa. Nadie es tan perfecto para saber tanto. Es un trabajo Exelente
