Самое плохое, что если японцы и китайцы стараються взять как можно больше чужих технологий , то мы от лома и лопаты ну никак оторваться не можем. Вот и получаеться, что там в заграницей, и богаче и не так трудоёмко.

4:35 It is not water that cuts in water jet cutter. It is the abrasive suspended in water that does the job. In fact, the mixture of fine-grained abrasive and water is fed into the nozzle. Pure water would also cut metals, glass, ceramics etc., but the cutting rate would be very low, although the water speed is nearly supersonic.

I've never seen a bread slicer that does one slice at a time The one we had in the bakery that I worked in sliced the whole loaf at once downside to that though was you could never cut a loaf even close to fresh out of the oven had to cool down for a considerable amount of time which you know kind of takes the fun out of fresh baked bread
