Любой человек на земле выполняющий свою работу, не важно какой профессии, он должен выполнять его качественно, добросовестно, и продолжать и дальше повышать своё мастерство. :) я например работаю в большом городе шофёром троллейбуса, и я очень стараюсь ездить так, чтоб нашим любимым пассажирам было приятно.

I know that first clip. I've done plenty of Jeep Wranglers and I love them for the ease of install and cut-out. It's just a round unit and no molding (also the best customers due to the high angle and not much deflection for rocks). 😁

When a bridge in our city was built they didn't close off the hallow concrete pilons (sp?) for almost 3 weeks. This allowed the seagulls and other birds to poop inside them before being capped off. Summer hit. This allowed the gasses from all the bird poop to expand literally causing the caps to explode right off the top and they had to rebuild a huge section of the bridge. 🤦🏼‍♀️

These videos give me ideas/help for my own home handyman work! Does the roof tin/zinc expand and contract in hot and cold weather? So joints might break /get-damaged?

Was thinking the same thing when he caulked the wood floor to the trim. Step into my office… you’re fired. (Edit: the roofing will probably be fine as long as it’s the same materials. They will expand and contract uniformly. FYI I worked for a sheet metal roofing company in my younger days. They offered 10 year warranty so it must work pretty well)

похоже чел этот насос не по назначению использует. Есть куча видео где таким заганяют шпаклевку в специальные "швабры" для швов, сразу с лентой. Вот туда внутрь просто так не накидаешь

My husband had worked for a pre-stressed concrete plant and for a company that tore down this tiny ugly bridge and rebuilt it in to one of the largest bridges in our state and had been part of the construction (he would of been about 24)..... The funny part about this is that I remember my mother and I driving over the temporary bridge during that time when it was being rebuilt.... I was 5. lol.... When I learned about this I acted like the bridge was ancient... He wasn't nearly as amused as I was! LoL

That first clip about the glass adhesive and what not FYI the paste he was probably using is Butyl and the machine he was using is to make edgetech bars which is used for shapes and corners

It's Urethane sealant, Butyl was stopped being used since the 70s
