You can just walk up to a carpenter of your choice and let him/her build the furniture. A little bit more expensive, but on the other hand made of great quality materials and will last your whole life (and probably that of your children too - so you're creating some individual heritage too)

I totally agree ... finding a competent capable and modern carpenter could be a bit of a challenge... I'd rather be able to walk up into a store and get what I want.

Totally agree. While all of the ideas are awesome, I think that it's really only those who have a lot of money who can really enjoy these products. Not unless you are pretty handy already.

Замечательные идеи. Еще в 1988 году муж сделал откидной стол на кухне т.к. очень маленькая кухня была. Когда столешницу поднимаешь к стене то ножки служили ввиде рамки для картины и на нижней стороне стола был рисунок и в действительности выглядело картиной. Коридор тоже небольшой был так дверь в ванную комнату тоже сделал резную и складную,как в самолете. А входная дверь в квартиру просто шедевр, тоже резная. Сейчас ролик посмотрела и вспомнилось наше жилье уютное. Коридор выложил камнем(благо река Душанбинка рядом) потом покрыл лаком, а камень заиграл разными окрасками после лака. И проемы между комнатой и лоджией были убраны и приспособлены как дополнительный элемент мебели.

That hospital bed needs to be in EVERY HOSPITAL & CARE CENTER!! I wish it had been available for my Mom. It would've made caring for her so much easier. She'll be gone a year in January.

The bed for the bedridden and the water to fill up the heavy pots are my favorite and to know in the next generation it will be more common for more people to afford. That bed will help many and it would definitely help me with bone cancer.

The pot fillers are not all that uncommon. They sell them at all the big box stores. It's easier to install when building the house, but all it takes is a cold water line run up the wall.

дада... на видео это все впечатляет. на то и рассчитано. чтобы купили. а потом все это сломается и износится и попробуй починить или заменить детали. вот например застряла нить в челночном устройстве промышленной швейной машине. вызов мастера 3000р!!!!! просто достать нить!!! а застревать она может сколько угодно. это слабое место у машин. и все эти механизмы у мебели все стёсываются очень быстро.

Many jurisdictions have fire codes banning laundry chutes because an opening between floor can massively accelerate how fast a fire can consume a house

My grandmother threatened us with dire consequences if we sent my little brother down the chute. I thought that’s why chutes had disappeared. We never did send Jimmy down her chute. Большая часть представленных образцов на самом деле не столько экономит место, сколько создает проблемы пользователям. Не знаю, многие ли обратили внимание на то, что большинство образцов сделаны по простому принципу: трансформация ради трансформации. Это только выглядит впечатляюще, на самом деле это совершенно не функциональная мебель.

Более того, обратите внимание, как аккуратно отодвигается дверь на кухню или вынимается кровать, а это рутинное действие, которое будет производиться минимум 1 раз ежедневно, а то и чаще. Через месяц направляющие двери уже не будут работать, а через два эта кровать чебурахнется кому-нибудь на голову.

Самое интересное во всем этом - это то, что дома всё это ворочать будет очень лень. Так вот каждый день даже постель убирать с дивана становится тошно. Мебель должна стоять на одном месте,чтобы легко подойти и сесть и лечь, когда захотел, кровать должна быть в спальне, чтобы её не надо было убирать, а просто закинуть одеялом/покрывалом. А все эти придумки от недостатка места проживания. Но это неудобно.

Не согласна, Оля. Бытовые предпочтения сильно завязаны не только на материальные возможности, но и на психологию. Очень очень мечтаю обо всех этих штучках-трансформерах, и совсем не хочу жить в особняке на 2-3...этажа. Но вот думаю, что такие бытовые изыски только для индивидуалистов-даже пара будет конфликтовать по мелочам при выборе основной формы трансформера.

I grew up at time when houses were built with laundry shutes. When we were looking at houses a couple years ago, my son and daughter-in-law thought I was weird for getting excited about houses that had one especially newer houses. Laundry shutes are the best!

А вот там есть диван, превращающийся в полноценную кровать, так у нас диван с такой точно конструкцией!!! Только у нас ещё и боковые стороны являются ЯЩИКАМИ! Просто верхняя поверхность сделана как крышка на петлях. И абсолютно все ёмкости задействованы. Там вместилось очень много чего!!! В нашей маленькой квартире без подсобных помещений, отличное решение!!! А сделали этот замечательный диван у нас в Казахстане! В городе Павлодар. В основе натуральные деревянные доски, не дсп, не металл. И И служит этот диван почти 15 лет при активном использовании.

While some of these ideas are not only beautiful and functional, many are pointless. If you have the floor space to convert a small sidetable into a desk, you have room for a desk.

It's not only about the space you have, but the overall look of your place. If you have space for a full size desk, only use it sometimes and it makes your small apartment looked cramped, then these types of products are necessary. I suppose you've never had to deal with space limitations due to money or being a student with only a limited budget.

@@aaryaputra108 lived in a duplex and trailers my whole life and I still agree that these things are just a waste of money. However the only problem with your argument was that you brought up the money part. Pretty much all these people were clearly loaded and that why they had these expensive Toys. On the flip side though it would totally be cool if I had a way to just fold everything it to the wall 😂😂
