Сколько таких мест , зданий-"сирот" у нас идет под бульдозер ( после Союза : Дома Культуры ,здравницы, пионерские лагеря ,санатории,,,жилые дома с легкостью-- " под реновацию".) Аккуратненькие " теремочки " Дома Культуры даже с колоннами-порушены и даже населенного пункта уже ,и нет, словно после "прополки". Как бы всем недалеким "" бульдозеристам ". взять пример с этих двух мужчин , возможно еще что то ,да сохранилось бы в стране.. Жалко здания ,еще крепкие стены, из кирпича (не то что сегодня- из стекол и бетона,). Спасибо за видио.Молодцы мужчины.🤗

The better story would be the history of this place and what lead up to it being allowed to decay into the state of disrepair that we see in this video. It is fantastic to watch the cleanup of the villa and the process which reveals all the beautiful materials used in its construction. Thank you.

Pokud se snaží zachovat dědictví, je potřeba více péče. Vila je nádherná. S ohledem na vlhkost, monzuny a slunce, myslím si, že chtělo vše lépe očistit a zakonzervovat proti povětrnostním vlivům. Až pak provést opravy a nátěry. S ohledem na plísně a mechy, které byly vně i uvnitř budovy.

No arreglaron las grietas, no arreglaron la humedad, ni las instalaciones básicas como corresponde ( luz, agua, desagüe, gas etc), Solo lavaron la casa y la pintaron, eso no es "RESTAURAR" solo le dieron una lavada de cara como quien dice.

Восстановление...? Хм... Больше похоже на мойку. Я так понимаю, что соседям просто не нравился вид из окна на ветхое, заросшее зеленью строение и поэтому они вызвали ребят, чтобы те помыли и "освежили" дом. Жить в нем, как я полагаю, никто не будет.

Realmente tendría que ser: " ... dos hombres solos, solo pintan la fachada de una casa"🙄😂😂... restaurar significa devolverle funcionalidad a todos los elementos; electricidad, agua, impermeable de techos, carpintería de cierres de puertas y ventanas 🙄 (tanto en fachada como interior)...y ..en ese lugar solamente hay parades pintadas!🙄🤣🤣🤣

Покрасили сгнившие заплесневелые стены фасада 🤦‍♂️ Гипсовой втукатуркой заделали откосы... Гипсом...по фасаду... во Вьетнаме, где всегда 150% влажность... Похоже тут работа была оплачена соседями, что бы эта плесень просто в глаза несколько месяцев не портила вид из окна.

This should be a series of videos showing a COMPLETE restoration of the villa. Yes it does look better; yes the men did a great job that I know took a long time. But we didn’t see the whole house, just one corner of it: the back (or front) and one side. What about the other side? And then there is the interior. Surely it isn’t just an empty shell! So, people only want these abandoned homes to look nice on one side and not the other? Oh, never mind it’s always the same: money.

i'm interested to know not just the history of these buildings but who owns them now and how do they get 'lived in'. are they properties of the 'state', do they get sold to citizens.. what happens with them when you finish?

A bit pointless, but I see the scope of this: a good time-lapse KZfaq video, which is absolutely legit, and maybe a better sight for the town, which will last for some weeks. But it's just a "cosmetic" coat, don't call it reconstruction!

These guys don't own these houses, they merely clean them up for FREE so that the decay slows down a little. It is the owners responsibility to restore them.

Nhà hoang vẫn có chủ quyền. Không ai được xâm nhập bất hợp pháp. Nó thuộc về cá nhân hoặc là tài sản bị thế chấp, gán nợ cho các công ty, ngân hàng, tập đoàn v.v.. Tài sản mà người chủ chết một cách đột xuất, không người thừa kế là rất hiếm có. Do vậy ở đây có thể là họ được thuê để trả lại mặt bằng sạch sẽ, phục vụ cho việc mua bán về sau. 😊

It feels like putting a bandaid on instead of fixing the problems. Clearly the window frames needed replacement, then replacing/repairing the stucco. Cleaning is the first step, but the roof wasn’t addressed?
