I see a few big flaws with this: zero insulation, and zero pest exclusion work. Rats can easily come in under the roof tiles. That negates a lot of what is done here. This has to be in China, btw. They'll gut an interior (though not shown) to "avoid bad chi" regardless of condition. Think they did an excellent job. It was smart to choose and older building to renovate...😮

The crew are naturally careful and creative, and they cut no corners - they wouldn't dare! Sometimes insignificant mistakes are made, but that doesnt get shown on video. The workmanship of the place is definitely up to mark, like definitely no planning, once a place is done and painted and tiled, they start breaking walls or building new structure. Who builds counters on top of the tiles, you would rather build all of it and then tile it in Kitchen. The top part of the bathroom is not even plastered well, just covered with fall ceiling. Doesnt look like they have heard about Painters Tape while varnishing and painting. and its on woman with the men gets the work done.

She...they...did a beautiful job, but ultimately left me almost grieving. What a tragedy to paint over the very best element from the original house...the tile floor in the kitchen. I know black & white is all the rage, but if I had been lucky enough to find a house with that gorgeous old tile I would have used color to enhance it, not paint OVER it EEEEKKKK!!!!
