Melting plastic can be very dangerous. Melting plastic to a liquid state so it can be poured into a mold isn't something the average person should even attempt. Using melted plastic to repair wiring sounds like a really good way to start a fire. All that being said there were some ideas for reusing plastic in this video that were excellent. Applying enough heat to plastic to reshape it slightly can be done fairly easily but please do it outdoors & don't breathe the fumes.

@@Claras1941 Hmm....I must say I immediately thought ""KAREN"" .......However I have to agree with her information. Therefore, I don't think she is a fully-fledged KAREN but she certainly needs to work on how she phrases her words in the future. I have been informed that KARENNESS IS CONTAGIOUS, she may do well to get checked out 🍷and pull-back from the suds occasionally.

Dull hacksaw blades can also be used to tear paper off of a roll (but you have to build a simple 3-sided box with a dowel first.) Make a flip guard for the paper and mount the blade and voila!

I would warn not to use old printout receipts with bare hands and water. Thermal paper receipts use BPA, you don’t want it absorbing into your skin. Great vid though.

I've watched a number of videos from this channel & there are many useful ideas & some helpful information. Having said that, this video is not just disappointing, but concerning. The positive comments here, are they from friends, bots, people who watch while high? Why mention the cola-bow & not show what it IS? No one else noticed this? Melting plastics is not safe & it's portrayed as simple & easy. "A piece of PVC pipe & some spray paint are all you need to creat this super cool lamp"...& some magic, perhaps? A power source, means to mount it, a light source, etc...might have forgotten just a few things. Not to mention the tools & skills involved. Quantum Tech has sunk pretty low. Did someone's kid need to be occupied?

It is cool… but what are the chances of coming up with that many same shaped seats? You’d probably end up with a mixture of seats & have to paint them . But watch , some furniture store is going to do this & charge thousand$.

Safety Warning: 1: All plastics used in this video when it comes to using things related to human consumption such as the plastic soda bottles; The plastic will store bacteria over time. 2: Melting down plastic bottle caps in the quantities this video is showing is DANGEROUS. The toxic fumes are HARMFUL. DO NOT do this. 3: Using flammable plastic to repair electrical wires is a seriously dumb idea.

We need to understand that being at the top of the pyramid of creation means that everything we do trickles down the structure, from top to bottom. When it reaches the bottom, the inanimate level of reality, from which everything grows, it changes it. If we ooze ill-will, it creates negative changes throughout the system, which manifest in increasingly extreme climatic and geological events. In other words, when human relationships go out of balance, everything goes out of balance. When our relations become extreme, everything becomes extreme; when we become violent, everything becomes violent. Each summer, the ramifications of the linkage between our relations and our world become more extreme, until we acknowledge that everything that exists, exists in a connected, hierarchical system and that whoever is at the top determines the state of the rest of the system. It is not as if previously, we were better people than we are today. It is simply that there were fewer people, and therefore fewer elements that exude ill will. Also, relationships between people in the past were less toxic than they are today. While there are fewer wars today than ever, the levels of suspicion and alienation between people are skyrocketing, to the point where people can no longer trust their own family members. As a result, wars between countries are rarer than ever, but divorce rates, domestic violence, and violence in the community, are at an all-time high. Even the internet, which we invented purportedly in order to connect people, is being used to abuse, deceive, and exploit people. The world-wide-web proves that everything we create, we use against others. When there is such a negative element in a system, and that element is at the top of the system, how can the entire system not go awry? Therefore, if we want the weather to cool, the sea-level to drop, and the storms to subside, we must cool the fire and calm the storms between us. Mutual concern, mutual responsibility, or at least the knowledge that we are dependent on each other, are necessary in order to restore balance in our world at all levels, from the ground we walk on to the hatred in our hearts.

A circular black Ferrite magnet ( BRITTLE , DO NOT drop ! ) from an old busted microwave oven's magnetron , mounted on the end of a WOOD broom handle is 1st class to pick up most screws / nails / sewing needles from the floor ... screw in with the ( black ? ) plastic cap from any spray can to stop knocks shattering this magnet ! ... ( tried - n - tested ) ............ DAVE™ ............

I didn't understand how he made a homogeneous mass from crushed lids to cover a bicycle box? after all, even crushed lids melt very poorly and do not take a homogeneous mass well
